Rich Franklin pulls out a tremendous victory over Wanderlei Silva in the UFC debut in Germany.  The UFC 99 traveled to Cologne Germany to give the Germans a spectacle in combat fighting, headlined by Rich "Ace" Franklin vs. Wanderlei "The Axe Murderer" Silva.
